Refund policy

At HolyPeps, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 15 days of the payment date.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer a partial refund at our sole discretion. To be considered for a partial refund, customers must contact support and provide a reasonable explanation and sufficient details regarding their request.

Examples may include:

  • Delayed delivery due to circumstances outside our control
  • Minor issues with an order that do not prevent its intended use
  • Other situations reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original payment date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is submitted more than 15 days after payment.
  • Insufficient information is provided to support the request.
  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The product has already been delivered, due to item replacement or parcel modification.
  • The issue results from incorrect information provided by the customer.
